How long does it take to launch our own white-label portal?
It depends on how complex your workflows are. For most firms, we can have a branded portal with 2–3 visa types running within a few weeks. More advanced setups (multiple countries, mobile apps, integrations) take longer and are handled as an implementation project.
Can we customise the workflows and requirements ourselves?
Yes. We’ll help you convert your current checklists and processes into structured workflows. Depending on your plan, you’ll also be able to iterate and add requirements directly, or have our team assist you.
Is client data segregated and secure?
Each partner has logically separated data and access controls. You control which team members can see which clients and cases. We can discuss data-hosting options, backup policies, and compliance requirements on the call.
